I have an R11 IP Office and I recently added lines for each of the users on the system. I have setup the credentials under a SIP Line, and they register perfectly. But when somebody dials any of the numbers, it only goes to the main reception phone, and not directly to the users. I checked incoming call routes, and it all looks ok. Each line has a separate incoming ID. I need this operational for Monday. Any help would be appreciated.
