HELP Invalid tools collection index error

Hi;
One of my cashbook users are encountering the following errors.

1. Error occured while attempting to read banks. Invalid tools collection index.
2. Run-time error '2006' Invalid tools collection index
3. Activation code is not correct for multicurrency

Can someone please help me straighten this out.
