Help Interface is Dropping

I have an ASN with a serial interface. This interface seems to drop now and then. I have been on the log file and this is what is coming up. Can anyone tell me what this means?

This looks like your line is bouncing, but check the messages first.
Need any further help let me know.

Thanks for the link very useful. Would this bouncing be caused by the Routers or the LINe e.g BT

Generally you would have a warning in the log pointing to hardware if it was the router.
Looks like the Circuit to me. Get the provider to check it.

Looks like the telco circuit is "bouncing".Check the sync circuit with sho sync stats while the router is experiencing
the problem(I have a Backdoor modem on the console port).
