help installing a nic card on NAM

could some one help me with instrucyions on installing a nic card on a NAM 4.0 type of card recomended and a walk through on how to put it in.

Hanging on the wall you want to use the top left hand slot then to the slot to the right, then the slot on the bottom left, then the slot on the bottom right, I hope you have the keycodes, too add the channels..
