HELP!!!! install program vc++ in client, not run, abnormal termination

My aplicattion VC++(MFC), witch database not run in client.


problem: !abnormal program termination! executing program in windows 95.

I install and register: MFC42.dll, msvcrt.dll, msvcirt.dll, atl.dll, msvcp60.dll, msvcrt20.dll , msvcrt40.dll, for dao install dao350.dll and dao2535.tlb.

For *.dll of database install
MDAC 2.1 (ODBC, JET).

I NOT KNOW why this problem at run program.

does it do just one one machine or on more of them with some libs and OS version? Try reinstalling ms win.

I have seen a similar problem.
The problem is with the connection to the database.
You haven't configured and tested OK the ODBC Connection.

Also if you have the code put try/catch on your connection to the database and the recordset fetching.

Anyway if you don't treat this i think you will have the same error even for 'Timeout expires' from SQL, or anything wrong that may happen when you connect to the database.
