HELP! Incoming/Outgoing mails automatic send also to default set acct. 1

Hi, I would need major help here if anyone can help me out...please!!

I have a scenario. I am required to set up Sendmail to:

When a user (eg. Tedson99) send a mail to a user's email address (eg. tedson99@alacarte.com), a copy of that mail also goes to a default user account(eg.emailman@alacarte.com).

Also when a user (eg. Teddy99) send/reply a email, also a copy of that mail will send to the default account (emailman@alacarte.com)

Could anyone tell me how I can do that?
