Help in resolving error while restarting apache in solaris 9

Hi guyz
I m currently configuring apache 2.0.58 with my app server. From my appserver m opening streams for logging error msg and binding them with process and doin exec /usr/local/apache2.0.58/bin/apachectl restart. The exit status returned is not 0. if i create streams with logging info and do exec it works fine.

Please help to me resolve this issue.. thnx in advance
