Help in LD 88?

In LD 88 it ask for secure data password (SPWD) for printing out the authcode data block. I have tried both switch passwords to access this info but have had no luck. My customer is implementing PIN codes start the 21st of Dec. And I need to get that information all set up so I can program everything correctly. Any help would be great. Thanks

the default password is 0000. ( 4 zeros )

I tried the default of 0000 and it didn't work, any other ideas?

Are you logged in with password second level ?

In that case you'll have to call nortel, they can get you the password through the backdoor. there is no way to reset it to default.

In LD 21 do a

REQ PRT
TYPE PWD
PWD DATA
CUST (whatever is applicable)
PWD2 (enter your 2nd level pass)

This will tell you your spwd.
