Help in Installation & Configuring Cognos

Hi Forum,

I am trying to setup a test environment in our lab for using COGNOS suite7 tools. I have been trying to follow instructions as mentioned in the documentation for a win2000 platform. With Active directory/DNS for auhentication purposes.

Documentation talks about replacing defaults with comapany name and Domian name.

would somebody help shed more light on it,better yet if some one could tell me the procedures/pitfalls of installation?
