Help in IC Location Details

Hi Good Day to all,

First of all i am making a monitoring report for items in I/C.

so the format would be like this:

parameter: date

output:

item, QonHand, SO, PO, quotation in OE

so what they want is when they enter a date for example is their beginning balance 1/1/09, their would be an output.

example i have a transaction of

1/1/09
item1,1000,100,0, 100

1/4/09
item1,1000,100,0, 100

so i have a total of 2000 Quantity on hand
200 on SO( sales order)

but what if i enter a date which does not fall into any transaction: example 1/3/09. the output would be "BLANK" the date is also"BLANK"


is there a way to show the the date even without transaction AND to show the output even it does not fall into any transaction date.

example

today is 1/5/09. i have a transaction from 1/1/09 and 1/4/09
and i would enter 1/3/09. i need to show the transaction of 1/1/09 even if the date is 1/3/09.

so if i enter 1/3/09
date: 1/3/09

output

item1,1000,100,0, 100 ( same as the 1/1/09)

is this possible?

It is unclear whether you expect to see a record just for one date or for more than one. Your first sample shows data for two dates. You later appear to want only one record.
