Help in flash Preloader

Hey you guys my name is kim, and I'm majoring in Interactive media design. I know how to use all the programs except flash Im such a noob in. But okay so I found tutorials how to make a preloader you know the thing that loads to 100. But you know how in sites there's a preloader, then a a picture or anything follows right after it. Well how would you do the next step. Like the image.. or whatever follows by the preloader By adding a new layer? Is it javascipt? Help please^^

Usually your contents follow immediately after the loading process - just next frame of the loader. But it all depends on how your loader is done.

It works perfectly if you follow it carefully.
Start your movie on the third frame after the preloader. leave the first 2 frames blank apart from the preloader
