MDSH> ghdap:grp=all;
GROUP HUNTING DATA
GRP LIM SERV TRAF SEL QUE CUST DIR
1 1 100000 15 110000 5 60623
60624
60625
60626
2 3 100000 15 110000 10 62304
62305
62306
62307
62308
62309
62310
4 1 100000 15 110000 10 62708
62709
Hi MahbubR,
As ceejay55 states, the parameter GRP is not a sequence number, it is the number you dial for the Group Hunt and must be an EX number.
I take it the the Digit 5 is used for other purposes at least it is not assigned as an EX number.
What number do you dial to access the Hunt Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Try the command again with the parameter GRP as an unused directory number. If you must use 5 (very wasteful) you must assign it as numtyp EX in NANSI (if it not already in use as another numtyp).
the parameter GRP is not a sequence number, it is the number you dial for the Group Hunt and must be an EX number.
-- i understand that but my question is how they created the other groups 1,2,4,7 where if we dial 1 it goes to one of the extension 60624
60625, 60626. And same if i dial 4 it goes to 62708 or 62709.
What number do you dial to access the Hunt Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4?
the command is not recognized.Please find below our version and advise.

Hi,
sorry about the NADAP, I lapsed into MD110 (TSW) language
You have used 5 as a route access code ED.
If it is not allocated to a route (RODDP), you can end it as number type ED and initiate it as number type EX.
Hi,
Just check that the number 5 is not assigned to a route with -
RODDPEST=5;
This should confirm that 5 is not linked to a route.
Now end the number in number analysis with command-
number_end -customer 0 -numbertype ed -number 5
It will ask are you sure y/n, you of course answer 'y' because you are a professional and don't make mistakes
Now enter command-
number_initiate -customer 0 -numbertype ex -number 5
