I upgrade the VM Server to Windows 2003 and now the following services will not start:
IMS (Voice)
IMS (Gateway)

The other services start. Event viewer lists Event 3 and references the NAVoiceManager.cpp in the following path, which has never existed on our server:
C:\development\IPOffice\V4Apps\IMS\INDexUnifiedMessaging\UMSVoiceMailServer\NAVoiceManager.cpp

Any ideas... Can I just move the VM Pro onto another machine that is still running 2000?

I would move the VM Server back to a Windows 2000 machine and install just the Voicegateway. You will need to reconfigure DCOM to make this work. Before you do this however i would suggest that you check that all of the DCOM changes are still logging in as the IMS account that you created to get this going. These will need to be checked both on the Voicemail PC and the Exchange server.

I copied the VM directory to an XP Pro machine, ran the complete VM install, restored my call flow, assigned the accounts to e-mail addresses in IMS, changed the VM server in the IP Office Manager and everything started up fine. That was a close one.

Thanks for your quick response. Your invaluable in this group.
