?Help? I'm getting E6033, E6092 & ccb.cdb

I'm getting the following message in the tape log when I astop/astart arcserve. I called arcserve and we tried serveral things but they couldn't resolve the error message.

ccb.cdb = 08 04 00 f0 00 01 01 00 20 00 00 00

E6033 Invalid field in ccb (24 00)

E6092 Fatal - Uncorrectable error - software error

Any ideal?

If the only problem is the message but all backup and restore operations work correctly, then why bother???

because sometimes my server hangs and I don't know if it's the error message or what?

You are using ARCserve for NetWare isn't it ??
What ARCserve version do you use (which build + patches), which hardware and NW version ?? Can you backup and restore apart from these startup/stop error messages ??.
