Help IBM netfinity 5500 memory errors!

I just bought 2 Netfinity 5500 8660 servers, and they came without ram. They power on fine but there is no video display and i get the memory error code 1-3-1. I've tried every type of memory stick i have (regular 100mhz sdram, 133mhz sdram, and some ecc ram out of a working xseries 350). My only guess is that I need a fairly specific type of ram. What is the cheapest kind of ram i can out in these machines (i bought 2 of them for really cheap so i cant see spending a bunch). Thanks in advance. -Ian
