Help! I screwed up! Need to get SMTP to work with EXCHANGE

Okay, short story, I screwed up, I need to get my SMTP server and Exchange server which are two diff servers to start talking again.

I am able to connect to my SMTP server, but I cannot recieve the emails in my Exchange box. I'm guessing on the local (default) domain, where it shows the drop directory being local to the c: on the SMTP server that is supposed to be something different right? Can someone please tell me what it would be?
