HELP I need to use one chanel to internet and the other to dial-in

i have a router 760 with 1 isdn and 1 lan interface and i need to connect to other lan.
to connect to the ethernet i have no problem but now i want to connect to the other lan in a dial-in and out connection.
is it possible? can i configure one interface to connect to internet and a new interface to make and receive calls from another cisco 760 in the other lan?
