Help I need to set password expiry on a LAN with Win2K AD & Novell NDS

The problem is has started after we installed a Win2000 server with exchange2000 with an existing Novell 4 file and print. Theres two sets of passwords for each user (NDS and AD)the problem is they want the password expiry to be set for 30 days. How can I achieve this the passwords go out of sync and arent forced to change for the other server? Thanks for your help in advance
