HELP!! I NEED TO CREATE A BOOTP ENTRY

How and where do I create a BOOTP entry on the Manager PC? I have issue with upgrade on 403 and I know it got hosed. Please help!

In manager, can you not right click on bootp and add mac address, ip address & bin filename with path? If you don't know mac you could pull up the last config by looking in manager folder on PC/server manager is running on. CAUTION: If you open that file off-line, suggest immediately saving that file elsewhere (file, save as another file.bak) to make sure it doesn't get overwritten in case something happens with your config and you don't have backups. Proceed cautiously as I am not yet an expert on this system. Ask more questions if my explanation doesn't make sense.

Runn the TFTP log and this will show the mac adresss

then enter a new BOOTP entry with


mac address
ip addess of the ipoffice 42.1 in deafult not 46.1
browse to the file with the respective bin file in
