I have a avaya partner system 6 x 16. i had to reconfigure to add more extensions and i also moved some extensions on the box and now the system is answering on the first ring and is not playing the auto attendent message! just open air! can anyone help me get this back to answering on the fourth ring like before?

Ok....some questions to help get things rolling.....
1) Which voicemail does the system have?
2) Which extensions are actively being used?
3) Which extensions are assigned to hunt group #7?
4) If you dial "FEATURE 777" what do you get?

Also, check your date and time, did you lose programming? As Dexman asks, what is the mail?
