What am I doing wrong? I have designed a report that is set up like this....
page
all records
report
fields are then listed here
all records
page
report

this is a one page report but it keeps printing an extra blank page. What am I doing wroing?

I've found that with most printers, a minimum of 1/2" margin all around is required. The extra blank page may be overflow.

The most common reasons I've found for this are:

1. Not leaving enough space to the right, and the field is too wide. It doesn't print an extra line (Fit Height OFF), but forces an extra page.

2. Field height set too small (vertical) for font used. Doesn't print extra line but ejects extra page.

3. 'Word Wrap' and 'Fit Height' settings must match.

4. Likely more, but those come to mind.

Check and let us know if any of the above help.
