Help! I don't know how to enter MySQL

Lol from the looks of your posts this is probably cause for getting booted but i have no understanding of SQL (i don't need one i know what i need to do once i get in) and need to enter 'winmysqladmin' for playing with my network but i can't find it and after installing mySQL on my comp (running windows, please don't boot me before answering the question) just to make sure i have it i still can't find anything remotely to do with it
