Help! I cannot Open Adobe After Effects!

I've just installed the After Effects program and when I'm ready to open, it says "After Effects has caused an error in DIBENG.DLL and will now close. Try restarting
the computer if the problem persists" I've already restarted the computer several times and reinstalled the program again. this messages still appears. Anyone know what's wrong??
