I have a 2400 IPX with neaxmail ad-120 I know I have all the necessary equipment, but I have no clue on the procedure to take advantage of this feature. I have both dterm series e and I telephones... none have the record button mentioned in the documentation. I am in need of a step by step process from telephones and neaxmail configuration?
