I edit it adding after the "@echo off" to have it add a homefolder everytime some logs in. The problem is that whenever someone do logs on, the drive does not get mapped. Am i doing somethin wrong???

You might of already tried this but why don't you just map out the home drive through AD users and computers or usrmgr?

You can specify a terminal server home directory path in those two user utilities.

But if not it should just be pretty simple:
net use H \\servername\share\ /persistent:yes

That should do it.
