Help i am new in Watchguard

Hi all
Please help, I want to setup VPN client in Watchguard firebox 500, the watchguard already has MUVPN group I just add one user, afterward I use Winxp to deploy the VPN but failed.
remarks: I did not save the config to firebox 500, I am afraid it will reload the firewall (should I save the conf. even I just add one user account ?

or watchguard need a specificy VPN client to deploy the VPN?

Firebox changes dont propigate unless you save them to the box. It is not like a Cisco that has a running-config and a startup-config.

The way to do it properly is to backup you current configuration and the save the file to a location that will not be overwritten. Then save your changes and test. I would suggest doing this at a time when the use on the box is low.
