I was hoping that I can get some help here with the problem we are having. We are trying to disable the "job offset" feature off the Xerox Workcentre 5675 but had no success. We have changed the "request offset" to "no offset" under the printer properties but it is still offsetting on each job. Does someone here know how to turn this feature off.
