HELP! How to invoke Window Input Method Editor (e.g. Chinese)?

Dear all, I have a win2k server and Citrix XPa. The win2k equipe with many input method (Like chinese input methods, quick, MS input), I could invoke it easily if I log in the server desktop. BUT - how could I invoke those input method when I am using published applications???? e.g. winword?
to type chinese/ japanese etc?
