[Help] How to export/share user dictionary

I regularly add new words to InDesign 2 user dictionary during spelling check, and I truly wish there is a way to share the word list among computers.
The help file mentions some *.udc file, but I can't figure out if it's related to 3rd party dictionary file only or addresses to my problem... Your help is greatly appreciated!
