I wanna Know How to configure the CDR in BCM50 and how to configure The FTP server from windows xp and see all the calls that users make.

thanks.

What Release of BCM? Assuming you have Release 2.0. Follow the steps:

1. You should complete the FTP Setup in Windows xp, which is easy todo. Control Panel>Add remove programs>Windows Components>Internet Information Services>FTP. After completing FTP installation, Configure it through IIS manager (Control Panel, Administrative tools, IIS manager) to create a FTP Alias. These steps are written in the Nortel documentation in detail

2. Now go to the Element manager and navigate to Telephony> Call detail recording. Set the report options as you want. In the 'Data Files Transfer' Tab, Choose Transfer type to 'Push daily', Ip address of your FTP machine (above configured), Username and password to that system (use administrator for first time testing), FTP Folder Alias, and transfer time too. You may press the 'PUSH NOW' button to test your setup. If you have successfully configured the FTP, you will now get the CDR files in the FTP directory.

Hope that helps..
