Hi,
the new Cisco IPT was implemented in Brazil about a month ago and I'm having trouble with PSTN (R2-Digital).
The symptom is:
When a call receives from Voice-GW and ends then it doesn't release the occupied channel.
It stays in "clearfwd" status and does not go to "idle" status.
I had to manually reset the E1 controller to clear (but this will cause live calls to disconnect...)
Does anyone have any idea what the cause may be?
Also, how do I release the channel manually instead resetting the circuit?
Here's what I see from the "sh voice port sum"
