Help - How can I get horizontal Qry to chart in Access Charts

Hi I am not sure how to convert the results of my query so it can chart:

Year, Item Type and amount

My query results come out like this:

Account, Item Type, Year1Amt, Year2Amt,Year3Amt

Any suggestions so I can easily chart this in Access report?

You can always try to change the SQL of the Row Source of the chart.
