Help! Hotmail and Groupwise

We are running Novell 5.1 and we use Groupwise 5.5 sp2a. Anyway, for the past five to six months, whenever we send email to ANY address@hotmail.com, we get the mail returned to us and placed in our DEFER folder. I know that it reached Hotmail because the email(s) will have the word Hotmail on the very top line of the returned email when you view it in the Defer folder. Since there is no error message like "undeliverable" I have no idea why this mail doesn't go through. Does anyone have any ideas?

Go to the GWIA and set the logging to verbose. Then send a message to a hotmail address. Watch the GWIA and that should give you much more information to go on.
