Help!!? Hide Activity 1

Hello, anyone know how once a marco is activated you can hide the activity, I dont want to the marco jumping around across tabs and flashing, is there some code to just allow the marco without all the flashing etc...

Try putting this at the beginning
Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Dont forget to put this at the end
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
