Help!

I have 2 laptops running Windows XP Tablet Edition and LN 6.5. Whenever the user clicks on a Toolbar button; ie SEND they receive a RED box:

Sorry, an uncorrectable error has occured
LookupHandle: handle out of range
Press ENTER to abort the application

What is causing this to happen and how can I fix it?

Thanks

What's causing it is a good question, there can be a lot of things, but it depends a lot of what's code beneath the buttons too...

This happens on 'all' button in 'all' databases? In that case I would suspect that the Notes client was either not the right type for the OS or there is very a strong need for a QMR.

I would have tried QMR 6.5.4 or 6.5.5 first before any other action was made...

Brgds,

TrooDOS

Thank you Troodos.

Excuse my lack of knowledge but what is a QMR?

OK...I have checked the log that is generated and it gives me the following. I will paste a copy of lines for you.

I hope it something to all guys!

A QMR is a "Quarterly Maintenance Release", and are (normally) released every 3 months from Lotus/IBM. It contains most bugfixes, but also some added functionality from time to time. Your version is 6.5 from Sep 26 2003, and there has been a few since that time, latest QMR is 6.5.5

I would considder trying an QMR first, based on the OS your running...

Brgds,
