HELP! Goldmine crashes when user launches email centre

Hi,

I need some help if possible. I have a goldmine user who can launch goldmine (which runs on a network server) but when they launch the email centre gmw5.exe crashes. If a different user logs on on the same PC there is no issue. If the user with the problem logs in on a different PC gmw5.exe still crashes, so it points to something specific to the user profile I think..

Goldmine version 5.50.10111

Is it possible that this happened after downloading an email. Some ActiveX components are not handled well by GoldMine. Each time you open the email centre it will try and preview the first email in the list

If this is a possibility go to the activity list, choose the E-mail tab and right click and delete the last email that came in.
