I am just setting up an Option 11 25.25 with a clean slate of programming. I can get in and it won't even let me program a 2616 because when it asks for CUST and I put 0 it SCH0888 on me. Can you give me the first 3 steps of what loads I need to program to get this switch going?

It sounds as if you installed from a minimal configuration, which starts with an almost black database, unlike the defaults database that pre-configures most of the basic features.

One of the first things you must do is create the customer data block for customer 0. Go to LD 15, NEW a CDB. Refer to the Software Input Output Reference - Administration Guide chapter for LD 15. There are so many options that dictate how the system will behave for the entire customer, that you will want to review the documentation.

Actually, look at LD 15, NEW a "DEFAULT", new default customer data block. (Sorry, it's early in the morning, and my memory is a little fuzzy.)
