I have a SMC Barricade router (a newer one, a 7004ABR, I think) and I'm looking for some help.
What I'm trying to do is retrieve the WAN IP address from one of the PCs on the network, using a command line interface (ie: not IPCHICKEN.COM, etc) and write it to a text file.
If I connect DIRECTLY to the cable modem, I can just redirect the output of IPCONFIG to a text file (ipconfig > somefile.txt).
Who can help me easily do this with the WAN address on the SMC barricade?
Thanks in advance!
Matt
