Help forgot my password in Word 2000

Hi,

I locked my document so now one would changed it. This was a couple months ago. Now a friend of mine want to translate it in french and update my document in Word 2000 but I forgot my password that lock it. May you please advice me on how to unlock it or re-direct me to a site. Thank you for your help.

There are some sites out there that offer to unlock docs that are password protected. Most of them charge around $40 per item though. They do offer downloads of some of there programs, but as they are demo versions, they will only break 3 digit passwords.
