Help for network printing troubleshooting

Dear Sir,

I am facing problem with Novel 4.0 print server.

A printer is installed & the printing can be taken from any nodes but one win98 client is not able to print to it while trying to install the printer it gives the message as "The printer is offline" while its not that case.

And other network printer can be installed on the same client, so what could be the problem?
