Help for message ":cha vector 2 has data locked" 1

When I receive this message in the ASA Console "cmuser:cha vector 2 has data locked" is because my connection was dropped while I was accessing CM Commands. So I wait for about 40minutes to console stay free.

What can I do to return to work more quickly? If this is possible!
