Good morning, I have the follow problem:
I don't know the commands to see generic diversion on busy or absent (not cdidp on specific terminals).

Example:

I want that incoming call 0371/465.xxx on busy or absent go to 0371/465.111 (P.O.).

I hope to be clearly!!!
Thanks for attenction and sorry for my bed English!

I'm not clearly, I want diversion for flow (0371/465.001) not for single extensions!!!

I hope that you can help me,thanks again!

No....you're not stupid, probably I'm not precise!!!
are there any parameters beyound CDINI or PELPI for set diversions????

DEMYS80,

Looks like that you are talking about call forwarding on PTT trunks...

If i understand correctly, your question is if a call comes on trunk (0371/465.001)& then you want to divert to another trunk 0371/465.xxx...

First of all: Your trunk will be terminated(Ring) on Extn ABCD by RONDI parameter & on that Extn you can enable External call forwarding...Take note of CAT of the Extn before....

Hope it will clarify your doubt...

BR,
