Help for creatin an Outlook task without having to create profiles in

Hi All,
I need to create(for self and assign) a task in Outlook through my application. But I dont want to create the profiles in the Outlook as there are going to be many users of this application and since the dll is going to run on the Server all the profiles will have to be created in the Outlook on the Server which is not feasible.
Any suggestions as ti how i can create an Outlook Task without having to create a profile in Outlook first??
