Hey everyone...I'm new to this forum and also extremely new to sharepoint. I'm currently working as an intern for a managed hosting company. They are beginning to implement Sharepoint and have placed me on a project.
My manager would like an area where people in other departments can submit requests to the IS department.
What is the best way to go about this task? Any help would be appreciated as I'm looking for a good starting point. Ive seen the mention of developing workflows but I can't find much helpful information on what they are all about.
