HELP..flash2 w/ ACD software 1

I aquired a flash2 w/ACD software. how does it work? or more to the point, does it have mail boxes? or does it just direct the call to an ext. Can I have it answer the line just after hours? where can I find programing instructions? If anyone has any info/insight on this I could use the help, Thanks...Phonman in K.C. You can have the voice only to pick up after hours you will need to set up the routing table to answer the lines

You do have mailboxes you should have 24 2 of these mailboxes are general delivery and system managers mailbox if you go onto

If anybody else any ideas chime in. I'm not sure if optiontelecom is go to be any help since I'm not a current customer and $70.00 an hr is to rich for me. I'm looking for info on how to reset the pswd on mail boxes, I think I can probably figure out how to admin them once I can get access to them. ACD is not your normal flash software. Is your Flash 2 a co-resident VM and ACD? If so I believe you should be a Flash 4. darnold@americaii.com

I'm unsure if it is a co-resident VM and ACD. I do know if I go to an ext. and do a f981 it asks for a password and 0's don't get it, invalid pswd. since I can't get in to the mb to chg. it and F983 only gets me to "Agent" or "AA" or "Other" (greeting, CCR) then I'm kind of lost. Phonman
