i recently installed inoculan on my pc and it changed the icons of all of my jpegs into winzip icons. they still carry the jpg extension, but when you double click on them, winzip opens instead of my viewer program. any suggestions?

Yep, SHIFT + right click on one of the jpeg files, click on open with, find the graphics program you want to use in the pop up window, click on it, make sure you have checkmarked to Use this program to open all files of this type, click OK and it should change all of your icons back and open with the proper program.

Hope this helps!

There are other problems that can occur such as a program that won't let go of the file type. If you have any trouble with not being able to open these files in your favorite viewer after following the steps above, let me know. I just did this this afternoon and had to do more than what I have put above because of a pain in the butt program.

I hope I never get too old or arrogant to learn something new!
