It's critcal to know what version and release of FoxPro you are using (1.0 -> 7.0, DOS / Windows / VFP, and in some cases the Service Pack or patch level). Each version has added capabilities - commands, functions, features, variants on "older" items. The current documentation - VFP 7.0 - is available at

Thank you for the answer. My version of Foxpro is 2.5b.

I need some help files of that version of Foxpro or a training.

FoxPro 2.5b comes in two versions (with different help files) - DOS (in .DBF & .FPT format) and Windows (in .HLP format). Because these versions were last updated 8 1/2 years ago, there is no one that I am aware of still offering any training materials. You might want to check on eBay to see if anyone is "claening out their closet".

You want to also consider buying a "new" copy, either on eBay or try at The full version came with sample code (both modules and an application or two) and also had a tutorial with it.
