Help files and Outlook links open in Netscape

Hi,

I}m not sure if this belongs here or elsewhere but..

on a pc running WinME the photoshop help files and http links in outlook open in netscape, how can this be changed to IE or another browser? Photoshop help files and netscape4 don´t get on too well,

Open IE, Go to Tools, Internet Options, select Programs, then in each boxes change it to the program you want. You can also put check in the box at the bottom for IE to check for the default bowser.
