Help File Slow to Load.

Anybody know why my help file would take a long to to load? And when it does it locks up the machine until it appears. I'm using Acad 2005 and it's installed locally so there's no network pathing anywhere in the configuration and in fact the help file path is C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2005\help\acad161.chm.
