help file not found.....after installation... ?

I constantly have a problem whereby I us setup wizard, create setup disks and install with no problem. All help files are found OK and everything is fine...
If I uninstall the program, and reinstall, I constantly get the problem whereby the application cannot find the Help file ... and you can either look for it yourself or not...

why does this always occur???
please help...
